Moving from a gun-friendly state to one of the most restrictive ones in the country was a real eye-opener for me. I had to leave most of my collection back on the mainland with family because the hassle and expense of bringing them over just didn’t seem worth it. However I’ve been gradually rebuilding my collection here, navigating the permit process for each new purchase.
